ca. 288 - depois de ter seu corpo crivado de frechas, São Sebastião é dado como defunto e é jogado na Cloaca Maxima. Sabendo disso, Santa Irene recupera o corpo do mártir para lhe dar sepultura e o encontra ainda vivo. Ela o leva para sua casa onde lhe pensa as feridas até que o santo recupere a saúde.

Upon learning this, Saint Irene recovers the martyr's body to bury him and finds him still alive. She takes him to her home where she tends to his wounds until the saint recovers his health.

Outubro 16, 1796 - Maria Antonieta foi decapitada na guilhotina às 12h15 . Suas últimas palavras registradas foram: "Perdoe-me, senhor, não fiz isso de propósito", após pisar acidentalmente no sapato de seu carrasco. Marie Tussaud foi contratada para fazer uma máscara mortuária de sua cabeça e seu corpo foi jogado em uma cova sem identificação no cemitério da Madelena, localizado nas proximidades, na rua d'Anjou. Como sua capacidade estava esgotada, o cemitério foi fechado no ano seguinte, em 25 de março de 1794.
October 16, 1796 - Marie Antoinette was beheaded by guillotine at 12:15 PM. Her last recorded words were: "Forgive me, sir, I did not do it on purpose," after accidentally stepping on her executioner's shoe. Marie Tussaud was commissioned to make a death mask of her head, and her body was thrown into an unmarked grave in the nearby Madeleine cemetery on Rue d'Anjou. As its capacity was exhausted, the cemetery was closed the following year, on March 25, 1794.
